
Car price will increase again!
SINGAPORE - The annual quota of Certificates of Entitlement (COE) from May 2009 to April 2010 will be reduced as announced by the Minister of Transport, Mr Raymond Lim.
The total COE quota available for bidders will be reduced from 110,354 to 83,879 - a drop of 24 per cent.
The quota of COEs for Category B is set to fall the most.
From April 2009 first open bidding, bidders will only have 18,233 pieces of Cat B COEs instead of 26,376 pieces previously - a drop of 30 per cent.
