Thanks for the guidance Elf.
Ya, it does make sense to me that we don't have to know who is actually involved, just which side is winning!

jerome, nopes actually. methinks, rather than obsessing over who's doing what, it's more important to know which way it's going. ie, who's winning. to do that, you just have to net off the large lots transacted. (of course, it's a different story as to what constitutes "large lots"---it's different for dif counters even in the same px range.)
knowing the identities is just the icing on the cake. and in some cases, it may be misleading, since there are different traders within one house, and not all are as 'powerful'.
hope this helps!
of course tho, living and breathing it makes it infinitely easier. from a screen snapshot, you can more or less tell who's winning already, without having to do the calculations.
Thanks Elf, so i would have to really eat, breathe and live to identify the BBs ya?

edit, an easier way would be to ask your broker; if they have other clients who traded it, or if they have friends in the props, they'll be able to know.
novena, no problemo. happy trading! :)
A thousand apologies ......Elfin

from busd.
tester lots aren't worth while: you may not get the BB as your counterparty after all.
elf, you identify the BBs buying from the counter party or from the BUSD?
For 1st case, that would mean that you need to have tester lots sent out for sacrifice, which for retail players, is frankly abit hard to do.
For 2nd case, guess you would have to eat, live, breathe the counter to really know
elfin is no bro, she's a sis!

and reveal their identities? you want me to get killed ah?
generally, it's impolite to reveal who's doing what while it's running. After it's done though, probably no problem. pls understand, i still want to live.
and , i'm not a bro!

edit: just in case:
i should add that i agree that if you're talking longterm, then yuppers, there's no buy for cosco unless it can cross at least 105 convincingly. preferably 1.2, since that's the major resistance.
from today's data: one house selling, at least two houses buying.
i lay probability bets for a long, cosco.
buy sub 85, tp 965 by pre-CNY. max 105.
caveat applies, not vested. just being mischevious.

Based on current levels and vol projection,
today will form the morning doji star pattern.

Cosco today bounce off from trendline , however not exactly bullish as the 2 MA are closing in. Need to wait for confirmation , better to be above $1 to look to buy . My view .
