You can buy oil futures via Phillip futures.

There should be an oil ETF listed in AMEX.  U need to sign a W8 Ben form to exempt you from capital gains tax if you want to trade AMEX listed ETF.

Futures is for trading/speculation not for investment.  When you long an oil futures contract,  it will expire.  If you did not close the position,  you have to deliver.

So i think ETF will be a better choice.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

Anyone knows where to buy oil futures? Does SGX has any such derivatives or ETF etc? I think in future, oil will go up again. So to hedge our car petrol prices, it is a good hedge to buy oil future. Anyone can advise? Thanks
