Yes I know. What I mean is that blue chip stocks will fall but percentage-wise, penny stocks get whacked really hard in a short time in comparison.

So does blue chip stock.

I think it's very perceptive of you to see this.

The performance of penny counters generally tend to do well only when there is a bull market. During bearish times, you'll see % price and volume fall drastically as punters bail out big time.

While most blue chips have recovered from their worst lows, penny stocks are flat at the bottom "face down" since the collapse of global stock markets. Think all penny stocks will DIE standing, waiting for time to be delisted. No good sign at all for everyone.

This counter too large issue of shares. Hard to come up unless some miracle happens to the company. Treat it as burnt. I have 10 lots now worth not more than $50.00. bought long time ago. They are now trying out retailing at Orchard Road, selling their products. Sell this counter if you have the chance, because a number of big guys are holding convertible bonds at 0.05 cents convertible to shares at 0.05 cents per share. Thus once 1 cent and above, they will sell to make their millions of dollars.

My sunmoon food is jilted by all investors.  No buyer dare to come up.  Think I must begin to patronize the retail outlet in Shaw Plaza.  Go and buy some Fuji apples.  Must support our own store.

Penny stocks got to analyse there management team. If they are rich and good can buy some to keep. Penny are the highest risk in the market also provide the best return in the market.

Venture Ltd used to be a penny stock at 40cent.
