This counter has reach an all time low and seens to be fighting back very soon....MACD shown bullish sign and if today can get a higher high then maybe got chance??Any expert for any comment :)...Thanks

PS: Will the recent Singapore water research policy benefit this company or Hyflux will have this pie to their own??
