I see, the % can serve as a decision-making tool PRIOR to making a trading decision.
Wasted, I thought it was an evaluation tool. Thanks, AK.
its a million dollar question loh.
u hv to set your own profit/loss margin %. If u are greedy, set the profit margin higher, say above 10%. On the otherhand, if u are kiah see( or less capital in hand) then set the loss margin lower or vice versa.
Though market sentiment attributed to the profit/loss margin, but u hv to study what stock u hv purchased and react accordingly with the real time market trend.

I notice there is a percentage indicator after calculating profit/loss.
Can anyone tell me how to interpret the % -- generally what is considered good/average/bad?
I guess this will vary depending on bullish/bearish mkt?
Does anyone mind sharing their own standard, and how to use it in practice?
Thanks Terence.
Should be contra-potential ones first. I got the same situation before.
When I am holding paid-up lots and also contra-potential lots, which lots am I selling first?
