Some Walton land banker did a presentation to me once before. They talk about investing money in land in Canada for about 7 years. When the land value increase after seven years, they will sell away the land for profit.

 

I agree with lewsh88. Never believe in a get rich quick plan. the only person who gets rich is the person who cooked the thing up 

 

The UK property market was booming then. You must take into account whether prices have started falling or the property bubble has burst.

The method given to member lucky is the worse one. There are many cons who make $millions with the gift of the gap. As the saying goes: If it is too good to be true, it is most probably not true. MM LKY once said: If someone promises you that he can give you two dollars the next day if you give him a dollar today, don't believe him.

 

the Profitable Plot thing sounds a lot like Walton Land Banking. Are they related?

 

Attended the talk before. Dare not invest because it's too good to be true. Don't be greedy, not sure don't invest. Remember Good things don't come knocking at your door.

 

there's this company called Profitable Plot... buy land in UK, within 5 years can gain 400%... so put in 40k now, 5 years later get 200k, reinvest it and then another 5 years later get 1 million...

 

Do anyone out there hear or know any person or story that have 100k and made one million out from it? Care to share
