Change name to "印度神油" la, then people may think is related to oil market or adult lifestyle products. What a lousy let down ?

This reminded me about the Transpac (after it rename, former name cannot remember) counter, 1st day IPO, the price is S$5, the moment it open, just drop all the way till today still did not smell back the S$5. Sometime , just wonder who set the crazy price, and why was it think it can determine and justify that it should be the IPO price???? Good Luck for those who hold this counter, I felt it is just another unlucky chap.

Indiabulls -- -- 1.000 0.900 0.000 0.0 17,235,000 1,050,000 0.890 0.900 4,092,000 1.000 0.880

Just FYI:

Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust offer shares within a $1-$1.10 price range, Raised only $262.5 million, Below the expected maximum $288.8 million it sought even after it lower it ipo prices to a dollar and after it extended it extension of it retail tranch offer.

Banker said, added that it has attracted only 700 hundred required 1,000 applications.

Look likely to open below water......and cheaper to buy from open market. This coming week, sentiment market is bad for Indiabull Properties Trust IPO, with poor retailers response, that will depend now on BBs. This Indiabull likely to turn Indiabear liao. Wrong timing, just my tot.

Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust plans to offer shares within a $1-$1.10 price range, to raise up to $389 million (US$287 million), a source briefed on the deal said on Mon.

The projected yield for the trust, sponsored by India's 4th-largest developer by market value Indiabulls Real Estates, is 4.66-5.12% based on forecast income for the year ending Mar '09, the source told Reuters.

The group will sell 353.5 million shares, which would be the first test of investors' appetite for new listing of a REIT since the market went cold in Nov.

Sources had told Reuters earlier this month that Indian developer DLF Ltd would revive and enlarge an IPO of its property trust in S'pore to raise over US$2 billion, likely in Jun, because it believes market conditions have improved.

However, ratings agency Moody's only last week had issued a negative outlook rating for Singapore's REITs over the next 12-18 months, citing weak market sentiment and tighter market liquidity that have impaired their access to capital markets.

Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch are handling the deal, which will see Indiabulls inject into the trust 2 projects with a total of 3.4 million square feet of space, said its prospectus filed earlier this month.

The Mumbai properties, One Indiabulls Centre and Elphinstone Mills, due to be ready by Aug, are designed for IT and financial firms and retail outlets, and has residential components.

The last 2 REITs to list in S'pore, Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust on Nov 19 and Saizen REIT on Nov 9, tanked on their debuts and are still trading as much as 31% below their IPO price.

The poor market conditions sparked by the US subprime credit crisis had caused Indiabulls, and fellow Indian developers Unitech and DLF, to postpone their planned S'pore REIT IPOs in Mar.

Analysts say the credit turmoil may force Singapore's once-booming REIT sector -- which has 20 listed property trusts -- to consolidate in coming months as financially weaker players sell assets or merge with their counterparts.
