JJ, you go check. I have heard of it. But whether it is still on after the URA's plan was announced, I am not sure.

agreed Ivory Height is the potential one.

However, in my record, Lakepoint condo at Lakeside has rise up 100% gain value ...

This is the condo I miss BIG time in October 2006, while the owner is asking $500K, it is a terrace house inside the condo, has a small garden, so cosy... due to the age of the condo, the downpayment is 40%, that's why I give a miss... and look at the Jan 08 transacted price 1 millions !!!

piank !

LAKEPOINT CONDO 1,000,000 2,486 402 Jan-08

28 LAKEPOINT CONDO $500,000 2,487 $201 Oct-06

YA...has the same view, unless JE central is on now, then maybe such prices will work into it. JE central is worth about that much...in 10 years, 850k still ok for today price

This project announced will take another 12 -15 years to see those result, so can wait...wait lohh. So can't then maybe can start sell them to prospective buyer. Can sort of get a good price and move to JW.
