Have funs at the meantime! Cheers!

SIC sounds like a good idea!
Hehehe...
ten4one,
Thank you very much for your nomination. I will start printing OUR name cards tomorrow. My first acquisition target is the White House......

Hahaha...
my sifu Ten4One sure has a great sense of humour...
alrite! I nominate Lazyhorse as the President as SIC (Sharejunction Investment Corp) and myself as FUN Manager. Cheers!
I think all members of SJ should pull our now depleted money together and set up a monastery. When market down, everyone goes there to face the wall and meditate. Maybe it can help to clear the mind on what to buy next.
Hee hee hee...

Haha Lazyhorse, at least you know you've an headache and that should've solved the problems already!
The Markets (property or real estate, stock, commodity, etc...) behave in quite similar patterns - they always start from one thing and lead to another. The ballon keeps on expanding from one sector to another and carry on until it bursts! The sooner it bursts, lesser is the force! It goes round and round - one cycle after another with varying lengths in between! Cheers!
Budget is important... Minister may give some goodies or some life long plans, but it will not slow down or head towards the WORLD ECONOMIC RECESSION....

ten4one,
I would have fully agreed with you if all properties (from mass market to high end ones) become speculative like what happened in 1996. At this moment, speculation is still contained within certain districts so I am not too concerned.
I am more concerned about the stock market. Its giving me a headache already. : (

Hi ten4one, what you state sound so familiar....ah ha...the market where we are trading....
Speculators are always blinded by greed and often think that prices could move higher no matter how high the prices have reached
After the Budget Speech, The Stock Market already closed for the weekends. Too late to take any positions (profit or loss)! Have to wait till the next Trading day (ie MOnday).
Lazyhorse, Property px will crash if it becomes over speculative. Speculators are always blinded by greed and often think that prices could move higher no matter how high the prices have reached! Cheers!
ten4one,
Property prices will not crash lah, correction yes.
Government has learnt a lot during the last crisis so they will not let it happen again. It's all about supply and demand and the balancing act. Anyway based on the growth that Singapore is experiencing, prices is not that high yet.
My personal view only.
Budget may not seem so wonderful... As the world has started the "DOWNSIDE" trend.
...

After the budget announcement, most fast nipping players will have taken profit liao.
Lack Momentum! The MArket needs some boasters. Maybe from The Budget? Cheers!
The "life" of a market can be measured by the trading volumes on the stock exchange. In the past couple of weeks, the volumes have been really low. This is probably due to the festive season.
Now that CNY is over, I hope to see life return. For a TA person, Low Volumes = Low Trading Opportunities
First of all the Market is not dead; it is dynamic and keep on changing directions. One way or another it is not dead!
Secondly, property prices will crash just like any Bubbles - it is a matter of time, just like the Market!
Cheers!
Property price are unlikely to crash
will wait below 1800
patience, the worst is not over yet... if STI drop to 2600, cash in 20% of your last bullet..
and any additional 200 points you cash in 20%... that is what I am going to do... kekekkeek...
after the STI stock crash, the next thing should be property price crash, especially condo. :)
