still can obtain from yahoo finance, though it has lost 2 weeks data from 10 jan, it started to show the data again. better than nothing...

Without the STI chart is a real pain in the a**. Unable to perform TA on STI.

I think it's the same reason why STI is not displayed on your brokers' websites. Becauses of charges by SGX and FT. The brokers are unwilling to pay although it's free for a limited period.

The only one that I find is from Yahoo! Finance, but it is delayed:

Otherwise you get it from:

http://www.channelnewsasia.com/

- more accurate. 

http://www.businesstimes.com.sg/

Huh? Which website are you talking about? 

Even when you watch some international news, sometimes they don't mention STI. In Asia, the major indices are still considered to be the Nikkei and Hang Seng, rather than STI.

When you go to World Indices you can't find S.T. Index. Singapore is a financial centre.Whole world indexes are there except Singapore. WHY ??????? Who is responsible for this?????????
