DJ MARKET TALK: Yongnam +9.3%; May Be MRT Contract Hopes-Analyst

0825 GMT [Dow Jones] Yongnam (Y02.SG) +9.3% at S$0.235, marks second consecutive day of gains in active trade; resistance tipped at 30-day moving average of S$0.245. CIMB analyst Lawrence Lye says sentiment may be boosted by hopes company will win work on expansion of Singapore underground rail system MRT. "My take is that the share price rise could be because of yesterday's ground breaking on the new MRT Downtown Line." Notes, company secured big chunk of work for previous MRT line projects. Investors may also be hoping for further steelwork contract wins for Marina Bay Integrated Resort. (KIG)
