Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd announced that the Company has, together with Seacare Properties Pte Ltd, served a Notice of Termination to Fujian Obon Building Materials Co., Ltd and among other parties with a vested interest on 31 March 2011 to terminate the Equity Transfer Agreement, and the Joint Venture Contract and Articles of Association of Fujian Obon (collectively the“Documents”).
