New IPO - Roxy Pacific Holdings

Yet to have any affirmative.... due to its residential apartments residence objection to price was offered.

The may take a couple of years from now.

2007 financial report is not out yet......... (only 2005 & 2006 stated in BusinessTime)

The other 5 projects (all sold) will be completing in 2008 and plus its year 2008 Hotel's profits which I think Roxy will have much much much better compared to 2007.

It has NAV approx...252.7 million.

Anyone knows about Roxy Pacific Holdings.  It is going for Public listing soon.

Apparently, it has about 530 room hotel, shops in Roxy Square 1 & 2 and other properties.

I heard it has sold about 305 units of private apartments and condo units till date.

Two projects completed in 2006 which is Matia at Martia Road and Nclave at Telok Kurau Lorong N. At 5 more still under construction and several plots of lands are in planning stage.

I see great potential in its Hotel business and properties sold previously.

But not too sure of its upcoming new residential developments.

I'm interested to subscribe it.

Any ideal how much would be its IPO price?
