I read that this counter is moved to CATALIST market. What is this Catalist market? When was it introduced in Singapore and what are the advantages or disadvantages?
Can oneone in the know give some background on it? Thanks in advance.
old news may surface again on acqusition of this company
Any news? On the trading Halt....Thks!!
The dropping of acquisition of Telcom United is a good sign for ArianeCorp. It goes without saying that the Board under the new CEO has the shareholders' interests at heart and truly looking at improving shareholders' value. I believe it bordes well for those vested and investors should applaud the board for its action to allow the acquisition to lapse/terminated.
Interesting change at the top rank. It is a good sign? I think so. Previously I was lamenting the lack of good people at the top of the ladder and I think Henry Chow is going to be a better man then Kea who stepped down as MD.
Bought back some shares after selling them earlier. Holding on medium term.
I like the business the company is in. LCD monitors and telecommunication services do have good demands. Only fear is whether there is good management team to handle the complicated businesses. I will just slowly pick up some few lots at a time.
Pricewise, it is cheaper than its 4+ cents net asset backing/value. Market sentiment has to pick up before the price can run up.
Anyone got any information......Good to pick-up this stock?
Thks....

Read from Lim and Tan report that:
ArianeCorp 's Kea Kah Kim sold 39,350,000 at 0.035
Kea Kah Kim last bought 5,000,000 shares at 13.7¢ each on 1 Dec `04
Could not agree more - current price seems good.

Pension,
Yap. Most of the time I will avoid buying warrants. I will only do it for pure speculation purposes. There is a option to exercise so will do so when the time comes.
By the way, I think the current price is worth a gamble...
Cheers.
lazyhorse, most warrant are very inactive, try to avoid warrant if u can. do you know usa is supporting biofuel aggressively because of high oil price? they try to cut down the import of oil by a great %. most of their car will be using biofuel in time to come.
Pension,
I saw the article. I bought the warrant for speculative purposes many months ago. Dropping like a dead duck since then. I hope that what you say will comes true. If not, no choice and exercise the warrant, due in 2009, and continue holding.
biofuel is the way to go for 2008.
did u read ST today ???
Yeah. This counter sucks. I bought at 7 cents per piece and it's not for the mother share. It's for the bloody warrant. Vomit blood.... Backside burn until turn black already.
This counter is just a sucker..Let me tell you this, the management of the company is plain sux. They know nuts about the nature of biz..They are just going around to try their luck.
A new player is about to enter singapore's fledging biofuels industry ..... usa investor invest $248 million at 6.5cents a share. keep a close look at this counter.
