The fire outbreak did not cause any injury or death   to any of the Company’s staff as none were
present in or near the office at the time of the fire outbreak. However, the Company’s books and
financial records which were kept in the affected office premise were destroyed by the fire, in

addition to some physical damage to affected office premise..

this one best of all.. set fire to destory evidence... new trick.. hard to resurrect for this 1

Yes agreed if it hits at 0.19 cents should be a good time to off load part of my stock on this counter.

SinoTechfibre is in a niche business on long term i would not be suprise it hits above 0.30 cents. reasons, when more jobs, business, wealth is created like for example one Country like China, consumers are willing to pay more for quality goods.

Looking at sinofibre there quite flexiable when it comes to pricing during this tough times, that is way i would not be suprise it moves upwards in the coming months or by end 2010.

Regards

ezy

A commentary at the date of the announcement of the significant trends and
competitive conditions of the industry in which the group operates and any known
factors or events that may affect the group in the next reporting period and the next 12
months.

Update on PU and Microfibre Products:
As mentioned in our profit guidance on 22 October 2009, the average selling prices for both
PU and Microfibre remained weak in 3Q2009. However, we expect slight improvement in
4Q2009 average selling prices as there are signs of better orders from PU and Microfibre
Products.

Update on Pattern Moulding Paper (PMP) Production:
More patterns of PMP were produced during the period by our research department.
However, it takes time for us to market these new products and for our customers to place
orders for our products. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and assuming our customer
place orders for these new PMP patterns, we expect the contribution from these products will
come in next year.
