After reading today papers, I am convince to go for the rights allocation. Afterall, it is at 45% discounts if you read the propectus closely. Company is diversifying and Mr Ong claimed thing is looking up.
I will go for more excess rights.

Today ST executive director Mr Ong talked about his expansion plan. I am doubtful where to get the money for expansion? He did not explain, right? Why?
The stock failed to go up and this morning still nobody wants to Q to buy the right shares shows there is poor support to what Mr. Ong's expansion plan. I might be wrong as I am just a guppy.
Ignore the right shares given to you if you are not interested. Stand to be corrected.
In my opinion, this company is rubbish! Almost hopeless!
I remember buying into this counter a few years back at1.5-2.0cts due to speculation that then its Chairman Dr M's son was in-charge and perhaps can do "something" to the company. But nothing is being done and after many years of bull run....look at its share price now, still at 1.5-2.0 ???
I eventually sold all my holding at 2.5cts making a bit of profit and regretted it at first as i saw the share price slowly creeping to touch a high of 4cts but that it! Now, i'm glad that I've done that and divert my $$ to other value counter such as Singtel, SMRT and SPH then.

Is it i just ignore the letter that they send to my home?
The purpose of issuing right shares is not for expansion of business, it is for paying debts etc and the company going to sell away some of its profit making subsidiaries, right? Correct me if wrong. If you were fund manager will you buy the right shares? Look hardly has people Q to buy at $ 0.005/unit. why? Unless company has some good news pending which seems to be likely in near term.....I have said in earlier post the opportunity cost is too high. Make your own decision, I might be wrong.

Base on past records, do you think this company has weak management team? Earning per share very weak. Recently still report loss and its price is falling. I want to sell the right at $ 0.005 Q and Q still nobody want to buy. Please do you own research and decision,I might be wrong. "Hai lang" no good.

Anyone care to give some advises. I have brought some Goldtron shares and are told to buy the same number of rights, do you think I should subscribe for the excess rights at 0.015 per right? Thank you
