Lippo-Mapletree Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR)

I think good time to enter..current yield is about 10%..

so far what i've seen is if there is a good parent(mapletree temasek), good yield(10%), good entry level(20% below ipo)..the stock makes you money.. 

 

anyone know why this lippo maple tree is moving downhill ?

 

lai ah lai ah, cheap sale cheap sale ah buy at open mkt much cheaper than IPO ah. IPO oredi discounted but mkt discount further ah.....damn bloody sianz ah

 

2nd just successfully IPO-ed stock...80ct to go under water....

This round I totally agreed with Nickyng ! This one is "see chao" (hokkien), whoever apply the IPO !!!

Due to Temasek vested interest....still got small kopi $$$, me still pass this IPO. Just my tot.

 

Any forumner here has any prediction/guess on the opening price for this ipo?

 

Lippo Group and Mapletree Investments late on Fri priced a US$358 million IPO for their joint property trust at $0.80 per unit, the lower end of an indicative range.

Indonesian conglomerate Lippo Group plans to list 3 Reits in Singapore over the next 2 to 3 years, its president said on Mon.

"These Reits would most likely be for hotels, offices and for
retail malls outside of Indonesia," said Stephen Riady at a news
conference in Singapore.
