PE 11 times say cheap ah ?? they are plenty of China counter in SGX trading below PE 5 !! just name fews -- Cacola 3.9 times , China Haida 4 times , China Auto 3.1 times....
Deutsche Bank keeps China Hongxing at Buy, maintains $0.85 target price. Says stock "offers attractive valuation" as it currently trades around P/E ratio of 11.6X, below historical average P/E ratio of about 23.0X in past two years; says market could be pricing in a 47.4% earnings decline based on Deutsche Bank's current FY08 estimate of CNY574.1 million. Adds, could be too early to expect slowdown in China retail spending based on weak May data. Notes industry players' continued optimism on China retail sales in 2H08 due to Beijing Olympics, says China Hongxing expects retail sales to increase leading up to Olympics and stronger earnings in 2H08.

i am in for some, for long term too,bought some at 46
got some at 0.48-0.49 today because i saw high vol and good TA signs. MACD, williams, candlestick, bollinger and envelop ==> all very good. I'll keep for longer term. If it drops slightly further, will pick up again as i missed the 0.43 to 0.45.
Come tomorrow, siong... but fear not, STI is very stable now and with good risk management, it should be ok. All the best.

today's volume is on a higher than average...and anybody spotted today's candlestick looking like a reversal hammer ? stochastic seems to be on the ready mode to tell traders...it might be a change in downtrend soon...probably up
becareful if you wanna short or buy.. sometimes when you see many buy up you follow, it suddenly slam down.. sometimes when you see many selling, you short, but it suddenly gap up.. this is one counter which is the most (to the extreme) volatile in my watchlist.. juz becareful, cos many investors thought dat 0.45 could be the support.. but you neber know how low it can go.. trade with care.. probably can watch if it trades above 0.48... juz trade with care on this counter...
