This energy company (EMS Ener)had start to make profit last year after it had change from waste water to oil & gas in 2007.
It had been in the top volume last friday believe to be share buy back by the company or big investor.
Good news may be on the way.

Co doing waste water now change to oil& gas. are these directors knows what they are doing? if yes can start accumulate. not vest yet.

I do not think so as i only know Hyflux was over stretched at one time with their china projects (not to mention the Dubai setback) but this water darling has a very good team of Research Fellows. Their Dragon Fly product can collect water/moisture from air and filter into hot or cold drinking water and are quite diversified now in not just water desalination but many other environmental waste products (like used oil and maybe even gas and heat to recycle energy). They used to have the 8 inches plastic pipes for their Reverse Osmosis method but i think they have now turn to 16 inches stainless steel pipes for many upcoming projects. Perhaps Draco (if i got the name correct), but i guess Eco water is not in the same category as Hyflux.
FYI, if you wish to have a more detailed understanding about the company, Hyflux is under the HydroChem Group of companies if my memory didn't fail me.
Correct me anyone, if i am wrong, but i am just trying to share.

Its subsidiary EMS Offshore Pte Ltd has proposed to acquire 100% of Oilfield Services and Supplies Pte Ltd for $23,381,831. The consideration for the Sale Shares is to be satisfied in full through the payment of the Purchase Consideration in cash by the Purchaser in 3 tranches.
