Summary: Macro fundamentals for the oil and gas and marine sectors are still robust.
In view of this, shipbuilding, shiprepair and offshore marine companies here have
seen overwhelming follow-through orders
. While stock prices for this sector have
become increasingly pricey, we believe that the growth factors for the offshore
engineering companies ? those that are involved in the manufacturing and distribution
of oil and gas equipment and products ? are still strong and these companies are
playing an equally crucial and profitable role in this booming oil and gas market.

Aqua-Terra Supply (ATS),
an integrated service provider and procurement specialist
in the oil and gas equipment, is one such example. We like its growing presence in
China which we believe will offer the next leg of growth for the group, with contribution
expected from FY08. ATS is currently trading at consensus of 16x FY07 PER. Using
this PER, we derive a fair value of S$0.70 using FY07/08F blended earnings, and this
represents a potential upside of about 41%. Maintain BUY.

A player in the booming oil and gas industry.
Macro fundamentals for the oil and gas and marine sectors are still robust, but with
high oil prices, most energy-linked stocks have become pricey. Hence, we shift our
focus to offshore engineering companies ? those that are involved in the manufacturing
and distribution of oil and gas equipment and products, and are playing an equally
crucial and profitable role in this booming oil and gas market. Aqua-Terra Supply (ATS),
an integrated service provider and procurement specialist in the oil and gas equipment,
is one such example.

China rig market ? future revenue driver.
In Jan 07, ATS secured its maiden sizeable project of S$68m from China National
Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) Oil Base Group Ltd to provide integrated procurement
and management services for the construction of Bunkering Oil Tankers and Offshore
Utility Vessels. Just last month, ATS clinched yet another S$30m contract to supply
pre-fabricated chord and rack and other rig components for the construction of a
jack-up rig.

Singapore accounts for about 75% of ATS?s revenue.
Owing to strong demand from Singapore yards, order books of these yards should
stretch till 2010-11
. This will, in turn, fuel demand for engineering services provider
like ATS, providing them with good earnings visibility. However, growth in Singapore
market share is limited and we favour the move to penetrate the growing Chinese market.

China contributions from FY08.                                                                                                   A project typically takes 18-24 months to complete, and we expect these Chinese projects to contribute S$49m to its toplines in both FY08 and FY09. We believe that these projects are merely the tip of the ice-berg, and ATS should be leaving more footprints in the Chinese rig market. We are optimistic of the potential upside from China, and foresee revenue contributions from China growing
from 8% currently to 20%.

If based on charting, it is going up mid-peak in nov and by next jan / feb, it might hit 0.60plus to 0.70plus... and the trend since last year is upwards... Those who can hold abit will benefit... This stocks comes and goes fast, like midas.

Heard from Market talk that this stock abit kelong though...

Also, btw they just opened new India office...

Also, oil price hits new high.

Just be careful of correction 20-30% from China wave for Chinese Government trying to cool down abit before the olympics... but till olympic should go upwards...

Next year should be big mid-cap and undervalue blue chips years, some pennys are just riding the wave.

Just my personal opinion.

Good luck

Oil Briefly Rises Above $92 a Barrel on Mideast Tensions, Supply Worries

BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) -- Crude oil prices rose in Asia Friday -- spiking above $92 a barrel at one point -- on a rumbling of tensions in the Middle East and renewed concerns about oil supplies.

Lebanese troops fired on Israeli warplanes Thursday, and while a conflict between Israel and Lebanon would not directly affect oil supplies, traders worry any hostilities in the Middle East would draw in oil producers such as Saudi Arabia and Iran.

Also, the United States announced Thursday new sanctions against Iran, targeting the elite Revolutionary Guards, which Washington accuses of supporting terrorism by backing Shiite militants in Iraq. Any confrontation between the world's largest oil consumer and its fourth largest oil producer has the potential to roil markets.

And amid the tensions, supply concerns have been exacerbated.

"The market is really quite worried about supply," said Tetsu Emori, commodity markets fund manager at ASTMAX Futures Co. in Tokyo. "Oil is quite imbalanced. It is quite tight."

Light, sweet crude for December delivery rose $1.26 to $91.72 a barrel in electronic trade on the New York Mercantile Exchange by late afternoon in Singapore. It briefly rose to a new trading record of $92.22 during Asian trading.

The Nymex crude contract jumped $3.36 to settle at $90.46 a barrel Thursday in the U.S., closing above $90 a barrel for the first time.

The combination of supply worries and geopolitical concerns has pushed crude oil prices up more than 6 percent since Tuesday.

Prices first jumped sharply Wednesday after the Energy Information Administration reported that oil inventories fell 5.3 million barrels last week when analysts had expected them to grow 300,000 barrels.

That report reversed a three-day downward price trend, and put energy traders back in a bullish mood, analysts said.

On Thursday, Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries Secretary General Abdalla el-Badri told The Wall Street Journal Asia the cartel is not in discussions to boost production by 500,000 barrels. The comments counter rumors that Saudi Arabia is pushing for another production increase after pressuring the group into one of similar size that goes into effect Nov. 1.

And while U.S. crude stocks fell to a nine-month low last week, Dow Jones Newswires reported that Oil Movements, a company that tracks oil tanker traffic, said the extra crude shipments from OPEC members next month will grow more slowly than anticipated.

Energy traders also remain concerned a threatened incursion by Turkish armed forces into Iraq in search of Kurdish rebels would cut oil supplies out of northern Iraq. Turkey has warned it will decide whether to cross into Iraq in pursuit of Kurdish guerrillas regardless of U.S. objections, and U.S.-made Turkish fighter jets patrol the skies near the Iraqi border.

December Brent crude rose $1.41 to $88.89 a barrel on the ICE futures exchange in London.

Nymex heating oil futures rose 1.79 cents to $2.4263 a gallon while gasoline prices added 2.89 cents to $2.2647 a gallon. November natural gas futures fell 3.8 cents to $7.150 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Hi TerenceFok,

Thanks!!! Great to have this small dividends, but think it is good because it won't dilute the cash too much in this company, in order to fund operations...

Dow Jones not badly affected in today's trade so far.. The wave going to come for aqua to cheong based on technical analysis and its fundamentals. Alot of people is not accumulating at such good price range, that is great

The stock's resistance level is 0.49, time to buy. Cheers...
