The Board of Directors of Oculus Limited (the ?Company?) is pleased to announce that

2007 with Aretae Pte Ltd (?Aretae?) and Mr. David Leong Chee Leng (?Mr. Leong?), Mr.
Tan Teik Chin (?Mr. Tan?) and Mr. Lee Quee Soon (?Mr. Lee?) (the three of them to be
collectively referred to as the ?Key Vendors? in this Announcement) in relation to a
proposed acquisition by the Company of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of
Aretae which will result in a reverse take-over of Aretae (the ?Proposed Acquisition?).
The Proposed Acquisition will be subject to conditions as provided for in the HOA and the
terms and conditions to be agreed and set out in the definitive agreements (the
?Definitive Agreements?) to be entered into between the relevant parties with respect to
the matters contained in the HOA.
In connection with the Proposed Acquisition, the Company will apply for a transfer to the
proposed sponsor-supervised board (the ?New Board?) to be established by the
Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (?SGX-ST?), when the New Board
becomes operational.

Singapore 5 November 2007 - Sesdaq-listed ecoWise Holdings Limited
(?ecoWise?), a Singapore-based integrated environmental solutions provider, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bee Joo Industries Pte Ltd (?Bee Joo Industries?), has become the first Singapore registered company to successfully secure the sale of Certified Emission Reduction Certificates (or CERs, better known as Carbon Credits). Under an Emission Reductions Purchase Agreement (?ERPA?) facilitated by consultants KYOTOenergy Pte Ltd, Bee Joo Industries will sell to Kansai Electric Power Co Inc (?Kansai?), a leading electric power company in Japan, up to 95,000 CERs, equivalent to the reduction of 95,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide which would have been emitted into the atmosphere otherwise. The ERPA with Kansai will be for carbon credits generated from early 2008 until 31 Dec 2012............

My boss happened to hv SNF shares.
He showed me a circular this morning & asked what was it abt.
It appeared to be the existing BOD of SNF circulating to shareholders regarding the EGM for ousting the BOD...
I think This circular discredits Low & Global Ariel so as to influence shareholders to retain the existing BOD. It particularly mentioned about Oculus & Enzer...

Hmmm... Today should be a reversal in the bearish trend for Oculus. There a doji star form on 02 Nov. The gap down of the doji star may form a bullish island reversal pattern. But dunno how long can the uptrend go. Even RSI and williams% shows that it's oversold. Pray for up trend for this week.
