Even though delisted, paying 0.94c per share for FY 2011. Better than many pennies. SGX should reinstate Rotol.

Rotol's controlling shareholder may sell its stake

Rotol Singapore says its controlling shareholder J.Bridge Corp is considering an offer for its entire 57.3 percent stake in the company.

It says the discussions are still on-going and there is no certainty that an agreement will be reached.

Rotol says it will make an appropriate announcement if any material developments arise.

In the meantime, it advises shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in the company's shares.
