Questions on "My Stocks" listing

Hi, sorry for sounding like a newbie.

Is there a way to add more than 20 stocks to the "My Stocks" list? Also, is it possible to see the percentage change in price, in addition to the absolute change?

Lastly, is there a FAQ for newbies like me? :-)
