nah....the security also say he received a lot of complains fr the neighbours but becos the dog is licensed,cant do anything abt it...they chain the dog at the utility yard thats y it keep barking...the maid dun bother abt its bark when owner not at home.even owner at home owner also dun bother.mosof the time its chained there.last nite again bark at 1025pm...then heard it crying...damn inconsiderate no heart, heart dead owners...

taupekkong, be nice to your neighbor and they will be nice to you. talk to them nicely, I think the dog is pregnant otherwise it will not make so much noise to attact attention.

me tried calling the police...police say dog allowed to bark till 1030pm.say they cant do anything..i told them they got gun wat...called NEA they say same thing...somemore say hv to complain to their management first...management collect salary fr them u think they will bother?called town council...stupid family stop barking for a while...opps..i mean that stupid dog...now again continue...all this departments damn useless...wat they mean 1030pm...cats they cull,not allowed to keep cos cats no value...dogs ppl buy,make $ they allow it to bark...wat the hell its this...
