Not only a takeover target. I am still waiting for the list of their subsidary. They want to benefit from tax credit. For a small company with more than $20 million cash on hand, not surprise other bigger company is eyeing for it...
FYI, temesak, keppel corp, keppel offshore marine are all shareholders of this company..with at least 7% each..
