Well under this situation, personally i think its up to the player how they want it to hold. Long term or Short term.
For the short term, if its go up soon enough. GOOD. If its doesn't, depend how far you can hold so at least you don't make a loss.
For the long term, this counter is BIG for the BIG market inside China. Imagine, how many cities are coming up? how much development? There are so many people in China wana have house... development demand confirm go up. See recent paper on the city in China wanna built 19times Singapore size! Wow... just one city. The rest is up to you..... Netsteel now also around $2.00 Of course have to see this counter how big it expand, looking at the potential mention above, shouldn't have problem. Moreover, steels always in demands..... etc

If you can hold, GOOD. This counter will make $ as it got potential. Look at other STEEL MAKER. (not look at steel distributor counter, they are different). It got a potential long way up.

to get 5lots,u need to apply 1000lots[$300K], u must be damm rich to play IPO. i say keep it,as demand for its product far its supply in china

Not too many shares to throw around - 2 millions public shares. Most BB will not throw or not allow to throw on first day.
If ppl throw away during 1st trading day, doesn't it a good chance to accumulate? Anyway IPO underwritter will try to stabilise the price so it doesn't fall below IPO price.
