Share Purchasing Limit per Counter

Hi.

One interesting question I have is

Is there a share purchasing limit per counter ?

Like if someone where to purchase say 50% of a counter,

then if that person is to buy 1% more,

what happens then ?

Does he / she needs to report to SGX of his or her intension ?
