EGM on 25 Mar 12pm. On its way to delisting.
The merging might not go through, now the economic is picking up.. the offer price might not seem attractive... other marine stocks had surged to more than double its it bottom...
If not the news annouced, i believed Aqua Terra might climb higher than what it's right now....

Any idea when is the takeover ?
May reach $0.4 when the takeover is drawing dear.

Aqua-Terra had announed that it had completed the acquisition of the Raymond Supply (ShenZhen) Company Limited. RS-SZ is a company in ROC daaling with trading and supply of part to customer in the oil and gas industry eapecially in shenzhen area. The acquisition in RS-SZ are funded by internal resource.
It should increase the market share in china (ROC) and therefore increase the profit margin in the near future.

Should hold and wait the take over. Once approved by SGX, it may take about 2 to 4 weeks for the deal to close.
Is is good deal cos shareholders in Aqua-Terra will receive 23 cents in cash and 0.125 new KS Energy shares for every Aqua-Terra share acquired .
The total take over price by KS Energy is approximaely $0.373 per share (cash and ks share all in)which is well above the current price of 0.33
Have load 500 lots today and will hold till the take-over.Will continue to buy more if price move down.

If u have 10lots and hold till the end. you will get $0.23*10000=$2.3k and 0.125*10000=1250 KS energy shares. that's what you will get if you hold till the end. I fu have faith in KS energy, I suggest you either top up ur lots to multiples of 8. so that after the privatisation, you will get nice round lots. hope it helps.

In term of time span for the coffee money to be able to use, anyone have a gauge of the time duration for the approval and process?
The take over price by KS Energy is approximaely $0.373 per share.
So it is abit silly to sell below $0.37 but smart to buy below $0.37
Can accumulated some since it is below the takeover price of 0.37 (Now $0.34) cos it is sure to make some coffee money in due term.

According to the report, after the buy-over by KS, Aqua-Terra iwll be removed from the trading list.
I still have 10lots now that I bought 2 years ago.
Do I need to sell them now immediately? What will happen to me if I still hold them till the end?

Actis, KS Energy team up in $320m buyout
KS Energy Services, the maker of drilling equipment for explorers, said it is teaming up with
private equity firm Actis LLP in a $320 million cash and stock purchase of five related companies.
KS Energy is consolidating its units Global Tech, KS Projects Division, KS Flow Control and
Aqua-Terra Supply Co. and a related venture SSH Corp. into a new joint venture with Actis, the
company said in a statement today.
KS Energy will issue new shares in the company as part of the stock deal, Wiluan said.
The minority shareholders in Aqua-Terra will receive 23 cents in cash and 0.125 new KS Energy shares for every Aqua-Terra share acquired .
