This counter is a penny stock with generally low volumes... TA may not be too accurate for this.

this counter has been dead although Philips has initiated covergage on this Stock.
They have recently tied up with a Global Real Estate fund and purchased 2 properties launch date 2008 / 2009 for development so upside is there.
Currently trending lower coz directors trying to make profits due to spurt in price, but once Results out should move up to year end high coz Profit definitely going to be higher than last yr due to Divestment from Ocean Tower Shanghai.
Their Current Share price going at much below their 2005 NTA price which is around 56 cents. Expect the NTA for 2006 to be higher.
I expect this stock to be on a breakout soon. depends on when results are announced

how to move when own director keep throwing share everyday since announce 8 cents dividend.small investor keep buying small lot and director keep throwing big lots.all buying activity will lose steam eventually and price remain same and even lower.

Better stay away from this counter. Please look at their trading volume previously before the news...in certain days, no buyer for this counter at all for the whole day. It was trading below their ipo price $0.30cts for quite awhile. So when the interest is over, it will be over. Just my view.
i just offloaded at 45.5c in the morning. This will probably move a bit higher b4 price stagnant for the dec payout.

no leh! i sold my 3lots of SPH and bought 30lots of Sing holdings today. Returns are more than 15% +++.
