Definitely worth a buy based on current price 5 - 5.5cts for keeping...... but strictly not suitable for contra play

Found this ... dtd 17May07

A. to consolidate every two (2) issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the ?Shares?) into one (1) ordinary share (the ?Consolidated Shares?); and
B. a bonus issue (the ?Bonus Warrants?) to shareholders of the Company following the successful Proposed Share Consolidation, to subscribe for Consolidated Shares at an exercise price of S$0.08 each in the capital of the Company on the basis of one (1) Bonus Warrant for every two (2) Consolidated Shares in the capital of the Company held by the shareholders of the Company (the ?Proposed Bonus Warrants?).

This is the news that causes the selldown on stocks....but look at the positive thing....property price will hike due to the rise in taxe for the developers

there is always a sudden charge up when u see that the vol is building up without much movement in price....a hidden gem or a dormant stock
