Company has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore known as Casa Property Holdings Pte. Ltd.
The principal activity of Casa Property will be of an Investment Holding Company. Casa Property is funded through internal resources and is not  expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Grp for the financial yr ending 30 Sept 2013.

Casa wishes to announce that it has through a joint venture (JV) to be incorporated, entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with T& S Property Sdn. Bhd. (Vendor) to acquire two pieces of land (Proposed Acquisition) at Geran Mukim 975 Lot No. 549 and Geran Mukim 938 Lot No. 550 in the Mukim of Tanjung Kupang, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor.
The SPA was entered into by our Chairman and CEO, Mr Lim Soo Kong @ Lim Soo Chong, as promoter of the JV Co on 4 June 2013.
The joint venture (JV) will be entered into between our Company and Pavilion Propel Sdn Bhd, a company wholly-owned by Polybuilding (S) Pte Ltd by way of a joint venture agreement.
Info on T& S Property Sdn is a property investment company in Malaysia. It is an unrelated third party.
Info on land comprises two plots of land held under at Geran Mukim 975 Lot No. 549  & Geran Mukim 938 Lot No. 550 in the Mukim of Tanjung Kupang, District of JB, State of Johor, containing a total area of 2.3043 hectare. Lot 549 and Lot 550 are adjacent to each other, and have an area of 1.8211 hectare and 0.4832 hectare respectively.
It's freehold land. JV Co intends to build two warehouses &   a factory. One of the warehouses is intended  for used by the Co and the other warehouse and fty are intended  for used by Polybuilding.
Upon completion of the Amalgamation, Subdivision and Transfer (as defined in paragraph 5 below), the Coy will hold a plot of land of approximately 1.2674 hectares to build its warehouse.
The book value and net asset value of the Land is RM7,936,944, being the value of the Consideration for the Land.

Feb 2013, for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to
the final tax exempt one-tier dividend of 1.0 cents per share for the

Refering to Sales - (An increased of 45% y.o.y) Sales turnoversales for FY 2010 increased to $32.6m from $22.4m compared to the corresponding year in FY 2009.
Casa Holdings Limited announced that sales for FY 2010 increased to $32.6 million from $22.4 million compared to the corresponding year in FY 2009. Gross profit increased by $2.9 million or 38.2%. Gross profit margins decreased from 33.3% to 31.7% due to contribution of lower margin products. Net profit after tax for the group increased to $5.9 million as compared to $2.9 million in FY 2009.

Personally, I think the duration you are looking at is too short to be proclaim as a cup and handle. Cup duration may be between 7 and 65 weeks. Agree that the trend is still up.
I am seeing a cup and handle pattern being form between May 16th to June 21st. anyone can comment? Seems like if 0.16 is broken, we can expect a new peak (maybe ard 0.19 - 0.20) being formed. General trend of this counter is upwards.
