Feel abit sad......I will miss this stock.


 

 

1.38 is our pivot point.

Our preference: as long as 1.38 is support look for 2.09.

Alternative scenario: below 1.38, expect 1.12 and 0.96.

Comment: the RSI is above its neutrality area at 50. The MACD is below itssignal line and positive. The stock could retrace in the short term.

Moreover,the stock is trading above both its 20 and 50 day MA (standing respectively at1.6 and 1.32). Allgreen Properties is currently trading near its 52 week highreached at 1.61 on 24/05/11.

Supports and resistances: 2.25 *2.09 **1.93 1.61 last 1.49 1.38 **1.12 *

 

I thought I said I am selling.  Anyway, if due for delist I am entitled to an exit offer. An the offer cannot be less than the unconditional offer price.  Unless SGX went clubbing again.

There are only 3 scenarios :

a) Offeror got less than 75% - Then it is thank you sucker.....the deal is off.

b) Offeror got more than 75% - The deal is unconditional.  OK. You will get your money if you sign the form.  On top of that, a 14 days extension. Afterthat, when the offer closed, you can only sell in the open market......usually at a lower price perhaps.


c) Offeror got more than 75% and the stock is SUS - Why ?  According to some rule, a public company must have at least 500 shareholders (please check yourself......I read the handbook in the 80's....maybe be different now).  And they said alredi they will NOT apply to reinstate to good standing hor.    Then cry loh, have to wait for a few CNY, HRP, DPL, XMAS loh.

You should Sell.

They give such a good offer, many investors will sell.

If you don't sell and they delisted the company, you'll have a hard time getting rid of the shares on your hand.

so when will they finalise the offer, will it take some time. They need 75 % approval from shareholders first right. It did go up to $2+ at one time right.
