Reported a 33.5% jump in net profit. Besides production capacity rising fourfold, it's also introducing 5 products including soybean oil for bio-diesel. The increased product range and production capacity will be very positive for its profit. This looks like a $2 stock soon. Still a buy.

Celestial entered into a MOU with Japan's Daiki Co to produce bio-diesel. The joint venture is expected to produce 100,000 tonnes per annum. This will be positive as they increase the revenue stream and production capacity.

Celestial could report strong 1Q06 results due to softer soya bean prices and improved gross margins. It should be able to complete the construction and testing of all plants and equipment by 2Q06. The compeletion of Daqing Soya Bean Zone would raise its production capacity fourfold to 210,500 tonnes pa. It plans to produce 3 new products by 2Q06. Also plans to increase production of SPI (500%) and soybean oil (350%) respectively.
