TA for China Great Land requested

Seems to be consolidating for a rebound.  Fundamentally stronger than when it was first listed in 2005. Would any TA specialist  care to comment on the direction  of CGL ? Guidance deeply appreciated. When rotational players chance upon this undervalued share, it will fly north?
