Contel Corporation Limited refers to the joint announcement dated 16 December 2010 by the Company and AuzMinerals Resource Group Limited being the sole shareholder of Solar Silicon Resources Group Pte. Ltd. (“SSRG”), in relation to the proposed acquisition by the Company of the entire issued and outstanding share capital of SSRG by way of an exchange for shares in the Company. the SSRG Group has yet to generate any revenue and as such, there is no certainty as to whether the enlarged group will meet the relevant requirements under the Listing Manual for listing on the SGX Mainboard as applicable to reverse takeovers.

Contel Corporation Limited announced that it has entered into a conditional share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Solar Silicon Resources Group Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of AuzMinerals Resource Group Limited by way of an exchange for shares in Contel. AMRG will own approximately 79% of the issued and outstanding shares in Contel at the completion of the Proposed Acquisition and the S$26 million placement.

Fortunately, I dumped this counter @ .23... (at a loss)... saved quite a bit...

yup, china stocks in play now. but to hit 30cts at end of the week might be too challenging even for contel (although i certainly hope so). volume likely to dropped significantly as compared to yest.
Should be able to reach 0.30 by end of the wk if momentum continues.
Now already up 2cts with huge volume traded, gap up 1.5ct at the opening. Good chance for further upward move if contel can maintain its momentum..
Contel P/E is unbelievably Low.
This is another undervalued china company not to be missed.
looks like nowadays pp like to test market by buying up 1 lot, even contel also doing that now.. kaoz
