Goldtron to be buy over soon

I have a chunk on goldtron.

Any idea what's the deal ?

Will Goldtron shareholders get part of Radiance shares ?

Or Goldtron sharesholders get cash instead ?

 

Anyone know about when Goldtron to be buoght over. Hear it is going to be very soon.

Radiance Electronic is the subsidary of Goldtron and it is doing so well now. There is no reason not to buy Goldtron and own Radiance....
