Entitlement

The purchase on 18 Apr is not entitled to the rights issue.  On 17 Apr, it closed at 40c and on 18 Apr, it opened at 28.5c.  From the prices, you would have already known your ineligibility.

 

i may be wrong, but i think if book closure date is 20th april and u bought shares on 18th april
u may not be entitled.

since it takes 3 working days before the shares get transferred into your CDP account,
your CDP account would be credited only on April 21st, 1 day after Book closure date.

the day the share goes ex-divident or ex-rights, whoever bought on that day not likely to get benefit.

 

 

Anyone know whether if a person bought the shares of miyoshi on 18th apr (Ex date) be still entitled to the rights issue cos the company stated that a person who own the shares b4 book closure date (20apr) will be entitled to the rights issue?
