SIAS report on BBR is found on www.bbr.com.sg . Though the target price is 20cents by SIAS, i believe that will change over the next few weeks as their book order is to the brim and expanding their operations regionally will increase their revenue streams instead of relying on the local market. If you are patient and willing to hold for long term play ie. end 2008 or mid 2009, the share price of BBR will even surpass 50cents or more as we are only in the early stage of a strong cyclical uptrend in the construction industry.

Quoting from the recent Financial Report - Interview with the CEO:

"I am confident that we will be able to create shareholders' value and that our shares will become an interesting and long-term investment opportunity".

No CEOs will state what they can't achieve as it will affect their credibility and the coy's share price.

of course I am sure. been following this counter since it was hovering at 3 cents. Accumulate at 3 cents and 7 cents and recently 15.5 cents yesterday. SIAS covered this stock today. Always look out for strong fundamentals before buying.

strong accumulation at 16 cents. should be moving to 21 cents soon. my personal target is 30cents followed by 50cents....if you can hold. Heard that there is some analyst coverage on the counter today to hit 20cents. Wait till there are more coverage by other investment house, this stock will really fly.

It will be on 26 April 7.30pm channel 5 Public Insight. I believe that BBR is definitely sound and multi-disciplinary engineering coy with regional exposure. Just need analyst's coverage. As regards to PE being high right now, it is in relation to historical profit, that will come down once it factor in the lastest profit which should be announced soon. I am in for the long haul till end 2008 or mid 2009.

The company is fundamentally sound with book orders = $360mil. With the outlook, it is worth buying and hold.. definitely the return will be better than saving.
