dates:
Date for the delisting of the Shares : 24 March 2008
Date for the payment of the Cash Consideration : On or about 19 March 2008

Any idea when the shareholders can received the payment for the shares?

I have not received mine yet.

Indeed.. for those who still holdin on.. de offer of 0.245 will b de best deal u can asked for. me exit at 0.235, as i dun wish to wait till their counter offer. took de dividend and de cash.. exit i went.

yes.. it is officially submitted to delist from SGX.. so for those who still holdin to de shares.. no worries.. once accumulated enou.. they will delist and u will b offer a px.. bearing in mind tat tis px will not exceed 0.245. Thus.. de max will b 0.245..

hmm... i wish your wishes come true.. but quite unlikely for 2nd wish lor..

 

my christmas wish this year...i) take over of FL is successful at 24.5c...ii) new owner attempts to delist FL....offers 27-28c per share to existing s/holders....iii) fail to secure the necessary 90% mandate.....iv) FL remains listed and px drops back to <20c.....v) ..time re load
