You are indeed a SMARTTRADER! I heard that BBR will be feature on TV on 26 April 07 (thursday). There is a coy insight on BBR's business. The financial report just received has never been so bullish as now. BBR is really a hidden gem!

I have 500 lots at 11.0 cents. Sold 52 lots at 16.5 cents and bought back 15.5 cents today to take some interest for pocket money.

Intend to make a 100% gain before exiting.  Potential for 30-40 cents in a year. Cheers !!!

no worries......i bought at 3.5 cents and 7 cents but still holding on till it hits $0.70 cents by end next year. Good company, strong upturn in industry, last 2 years of the bull market run.

There are lots and lots of people who bought at about 0.10 in the past weeks.

If it doesn't shoot up soon, these people will slowly sell out so they can proceed for their "sharks fin" celebration sooner.

I believe that BBR is consolidating right now for upward lift to 21 to 25cents soon. The completed projects should soon reflect in their P&L plus the completion of the Nassim project by end 2nd quarter.

There are a few announcements available on SGX website today. Essentially, some shareholders have reduced their stakes. For sharing, please. Directors/shareholders reduce their stakes for all sorts of reasons. Long-term wise, i think BBR is still a sound investment.

by virtue of the fact that construction sector will be booming in the next 2-3 yrs in singapore and region... investors will want to participate in the growth and park their money in an multi-national  company like BBR. Long term investors will stand to gain more.... short term investors like me is contented with small profit,

What is the rationale of rising to that price of 20cents? its revenue for 06 is the lowest compared to other years leh as illustrated in the delivered Financial Report..... but it is well spreaded in development all over Asia... Malaysia, Thailand, even Sri Lanka :P

BBR will hit above 20 cents with ease with such high vol. Today, sold 52lots (q 100lots) at 16.5 cents at last 15 minutes of trading. Will buy back tomorrow at 15 cents. Cheers !!!

actually BBR reached a high of $0.70 plus before. I believe that it is poised to reach at least $0.50 at least before 2008....good management team and strong corporate governance.

BBR reach as high as 0.40 at one time,

what go up, must come down

what come down, must go up

BBR's keeness in ME projects has been brandished around for a while. This could already have been factored into the current price. But i think BBR has good prospects in the long term, especially if it establishes itself as a credible property developer. I've of gthe opinion that it's worth holding on to for the long term.

I also interested in BBR. Seems like it is going into bid for projects in the Middle East as well.

Bought 100 lots at 0.15

Thinking of buying more if it goes down... 0.145...0.14...0.135...0.13
