BLUR ON CSC RIGHT ISSUE

I was issued with 5000 CSC right shares. It appeared at my CDP for sometime but lately it disappeared. Later, I check the transaction details. It stated my 5000 CSC Right shares has already expired. I didn't receive any instruction how to do with the Right share except I read news paper knowing that CSC is giving Right share. In directly lost money!!!!!!
