elfin, maybe you are right. As I am anticipating an unexpected masquerade to pop up, which is why I am quite bearish on props. If will to go by my sentiments, props will go to a "low" then up after July. Just some personal opinions, not an inducement to do any buys or sells.

rogue, likely mixed for the props. likely AG to go up, HB to keep hovering there, might drop a couple of cents tmrw. The bigger ones like capland, kepland etc are showing signs of fatigue tho...market's irrational now. expecting intraday volatility; if you're vested, do be careful. i'm out of all TA trades for this mth.

alftan, your comment is a bit too general....must note that bull or bear market, not all stocks will rise or fall accordingly. You'll have to specify which counter in order to know what strat to adopt for it...

generally tho...on my part, i wouldn't buy on low vols. It's akin to trying to catch a falling knife. perhaps not worth the reward. just follow the trend, essentially. If it says buy, you buy, if sell, you sell.

Would one buy when the market is of low volumes and sell whn there are lots of market participation (exhuberance) or the other way?

concur, singaporegal. too early to say the bull is back. the low vols are classic signs of a likely correction. plus, only select stocks have been up the past few days, not the general market.

I agree with hotstock... the low volumes on the market are a reflection of caution. Even though the STI has risen over the past 3 days, it has done so on poor volumes.

The bull may not be back yet. Remain cautious.

Remember, sell into strength, I think many ppl are selling into strength, and staying away for the weekend. TGIF Thank God it's Friday. We should take a step back, with a Wait and See attitude.

Hi All,

Personal assessment of the market appears that the buyers are getting weaker and the sharp decline in volume make the resumption of correction next week more possible. Following the STI for many years, I believe the correction is not over. Trigger to sell down appears near.
