Sorry, typo error...meant 'higher'.....not 'bigher'.
Whilst A/D has not confirmed uptrend, Chaikin and RSI is moving up. Looking at charts historically, I observe that Chaikin frequently leads A/D when the counter is uptrending...so, my bet is it has a bigher probability of uptrend.
However, I declare I am a novice at TA.
Too early to say if its bottomed out... wait a few more days

Seeing as how its gone up >5% today, certainly seems to be so.
Appreciate if someone could interpret the trend of this ctr. I think it bottomed at just before Chinese New Year when it dropped below 0.6 c and is U turning up.
