XA means EX-ALL, what happened for Bonvests was there were Dividends ($0.15) as well as Right (1 share for each 5 shares), both expire on May 10 and on May 11 it was X-ALL.

FIRST QUARTER 2007 ANNOUNCEMENT
The turnover of the Group for the first quarter ended 31 March 2007 ("1Q07") increased by 42.5% from $57.94 million for the first quarter ended 31 March 2006 ('1Q06") to $82.54 million.
This was mainly due to higher property sales, contribution from the Jurong Sector municipal waste collection contract which started on 1 April 2006 and the Hotel operations.
Net profit before taxation increased by 45.4% from $6.82 million in 1Q06 to $9.92 million in 1Q07 mainly because of higher turnover.

This counter has pretty low volumes and from its past history, I don't think the price action follows my type of TA. The only thing I can tell you is that large price changes may occur soon because the bollinger bands are quite tight now. But its hard for me to say whether its going up or down.

Ex-dividend and rights date on 11-5-07. Rights issue 1 for 5 at 61.5 cts. Share price has resumed uptrend now.

This share worth taking a look. Bonvests is a mini conglomerate which owns Sheraton and Liat Towers. Potential for redevelopment in the Orchard belt. It's also franchise holder of Burger King and Orange Julius. Co is now cum dividends ie. hefty19.5 cts.
