You can also use the Post New Topic link on the home page of SJ. It is red in colour just above the latest forum listings.
dear soh..i create a new topic using the icon (post new topic) found on the top right hand corner under MY Corner...do try.
Sorry unrelated to your post but how do you create a new topic posting? I cannot find any button to click leh.
