This stock is indeed by cheap. What it needs is someone come and snap it up. Consider the business it has and it targets at china consumer. Everyone knows much big the market is and the chinese are really spending...

SunEast is a much smaller cap stock as compare to Genting, thus it attract a different group of investors, however not institutional speculators.  And, SunEast is a profit making company but Genting is making losses (FY 2007 -5.5¢ per share).  By the way Genting did pay dividend from 1992-1997.

Mercator is just listed for 6 months and is paying 1.05¢, subjected to approval of forthcoming AGM.

PAT IS FABALLOUS AND PROMISING AS IS CORE BUSINESS IS COSMESTIC WHICH IS WOMEN MONEY SAME  AS BEAUTY CHINA CORE BUSINESS

BEAUTY CHINA IS 0.90 AND PE IS 11.5 OR MORE

AS COMPARE TO SUN EAST IS 0.125 AND PE IS LESS THAN 3.3

The trade receivable increase substantially for Q3 and gross profit increase 4% may be why it down 12% today. I waiting to pick some if someone wishes to sell me at lower price. Otherwise current price should be good since its business is still good.

Switch to Jade..a future conglomerate with oil futures contracts($1.3billion) IT and developer of township...latest news may get to build oil refinery..or alternatively Valuetronics at 33.5cts now cum dividends may soar to its TP of 47cts by CIMB-GK GOH .besides the listing of IPO Avi Tech Electronics(33cts)..same underwrters Westcomb securities/Capital may give Valuetronics the added impetus..limited downside..but good upside.

 

Suneast have been lagging behind other china play and its PE is quite low for China consumer play.  Look at Hongguo and Beautychina, the price will rise once analysts start covering about its prospect. Buy before the SUN start to rise.

Their year end is June.  Good luck
