Kim Eng keep moving up while UOB-KH has dropped in recent month. How are their fundamentals different ?
Have patience...
With it's recent Q1 profit report not very good, will this affect it's mid-year & final-year dividends output?
bought 1 lot @$0.97. But why is this counter still moving upwards? people buying for dividend or mostly insider trade?
Wee Ee Chao keep on loading it. I guess no harm to follow.

Ayoh only hv one misrable one lot now. Can't do much. B4 2006, 20 lots CPF on hold. But dumped after 55. AK opine that ds a not bad counter, can keep few for tours with kids.
Looks like the support is at $1.89.
no problem. UOBKH's dividend is good compared to Fixed D

Sorry, today AGM not posted yet. Not sure what chairman in mind. AK unable to attend as so many counters need to monitor and clear. Nonetheless, click its chart and study. Last peak was at 2.16 on 31Dec07. The current high price owing to div driven, hence can't compare with last high in the chart. Looking at the volumn, its on down trend, shown less optimistic after XD. Esp under the current Div forbial phenomena. If small timer chow, then there is no reason for you to buy in this counter, at this moment. On the the other hand, if you already hv it, like AK, take the div and relax loh. Pse note that it lately acquired a pc of land to make its own office. Couples with lately, the analyst posted that investing in land property is more profitable than commodities, pse ponder loh. BT said one.
The dividend yield is about 5% or slightly higher if bought at around $2.20. Quite attractive actually as its rather stable.
