hello everyone.. different ball game lah. Big boy invest, even got delist, company still around, still have inventories,  current assests, property etc and they are still in the game when delist and still controlling. For small investors / fund managers, if delist, game over, even you hold  few million share, also very little compare to 19** millions issued. Anyway big boy hold share cannot sell, if they sell  few percent, the market panick. No different for them even if company list or delist. For small investors or even fund manger, if delist, oh No!!!!!! am i right....

Latest news of JEL Corp...
Hv been halted for 3 days sinec Wednesday ...
0803 GMT [Dow Jones] Mobile phone repairer MDR (A27.SG) may rope in consumer goods distributor JEL Corp (J16.SG) as strategic investor, says foreign brokerage dealer; "JEL has a division doing telecommunications. So there might be some tie-up on that front." Possible deal follows recent resignation of JEL CEO Tan Boon Yong, appointment of Gilbert Ee (formerly from Rabobank) as new head from May 1. Stocks halted; both companies say they're separately in advanced talks relating to strategic investment. Deal, if true, will mean JEL likely to become major investor in MDR as latter seeking shareholders approval to issue up to 50% of its share capital. (FKH)
