hmm cancelled shares? wouldn't this cause the market cap of the stock to go down?

Obviously it is not for employee stock purchase program as all the share buy-back by datapulse are cancelled and not kept as treasury shares. |

hmm what's the reason for the share buyback? to support the market price or their employee stock purchase program?

stock vol is low, so pple avoid
If you buy 50,000 share @ 0.20 per share, the cost is $10,000.Assuming dividend is 0.02 per share like last year, you will be getting $1,000dividend with a capital outlay 0f 10,000. This is indeed very good compare with F/D or other investments.Investors have to be aware also of the co. div. policy.which might change from time to time.
Funny counter with high dividend yet still trade at low price ????

Yes, but do take note that price will tend downwards after xd.
MA crossover happening and seems like it will trend downwards.
My thoughts that the reason its price is holding somewhat compared to other reits is becos of its upcoming dividend
